When we answer
Email is read Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time, and answered within one business day; most replies leave the same day. The telephone is attended over those same hours and takes voicemail outside them, so leave a number and we return the call. Anything arriving across a weekend is answered on Monday.
What to put in the message
For an order of any kind, a missing download, a refund, the wrong file, quote the order number printed on your receipt, together with whichever address the receipt reached, and the whole thing closes in one reply rather than three. If the receipt has gone, the name on the card and roughly when you bought will do.
Rights and permissions
Requests to quote from a guide, to licence copies for a team or a classroom, or to review one, go to the same address marked for the attention of Thornwood Press.
