Refund policy
Digital guides are delivered as PDF files, and a download cannot be returned the way a physical book can. We refund anyway, because a guide that turns out to be the wrong one for you is our problem to fix rather than yours to absorb.
The window
Write inside 30 days of buying and the full amount goes back to the card or account that paid. You do not need to delete the file, and we do not ask you to prove you left it unread.
How to ask
One message to contact@horizonmeadow.site, sent from whichever address took the receipt, quoting the order number on it. That is the whole procedure. If the receipt is gone, the name on the card and roughly when you bought will let us trace it.
How long it takes
We either approve or come back with a question inside two working days. Approval sends the money out that same day; your bank then decides when it lands on the statement, which is usually five to ten business days and is not something we can hurry.
Part of an order
If you bought several guides and only one of them was wrong, say which. We refund that guide on its own and leave the rest of the order alone.
What falls outside
Purchases older than 30 days. Orders where a download link was passed around and used from a large number of addresses, which we read as redistribution rather than a purchase.
Before you call the bank
A chargeback takes weeks and removes every way we have of helping you in the meantime. One email to us is faster, and no request inside the window has ever been turned down. If a charge you do not recognise appears on your statement, write first and ask: we can usually identify it the same day.
