Delivery

Nothing is posted

Every guide here is a PDF, so no parcel exists, no carrier is involved and nothing is charged for delivery, which is why the checkout asks for no delivery address beyond what the card itself requires.

When it reaches you

A download link is generated the moment payment clears and goes straight to whichever address you typed at checkout; in practice that takes under a minute. The same link sits on the confirmation page, so the download can start without leaving the browser.

What arrives

A PDF. It opens on a phone, on a tablet, on a laptop, and on any e-reader that handles the format. No app to install, no account to create, no password to keep track of. The file is yours to hold and to carry between your own devices.

If the email has not turned up

Try the promotions tab, then spam, before anything else: that is where it usually sits. Search the shop name rather than scrolling. If it truly is not there, the cause is almost always an address typed with one character missing. Write to contact@horizonmeadow.site from any address at all, give us the name on the order, and we will send the link wherever you ask.

If the download breaks

A transfer that stops halfway is nearly always a connection dropping rather than a dead link, so try again on a different network before assuming the file is gone. If it still fails, tell us and we will send the guide as an attachment instead.

How long a link lives

Long enough to use several times across several devices. If you return months later and find it expired, ask: we reissue it for any order we can trace, at no charge and with no deadline on the request.
